Thermal Insulation Liner
The Thermal insulation Liner is a revolutionary product designed to protect food and other goods during transport by creating an environment that significantly reduces the rate at which temperature fluctuates thus not allowing the dew point to be reached.
Both these climatic conditions cause products to be exposed to severe extremes, e.g. product separation and packaging damage causing premature ageing of food and reduced shelf life.
The liner is designed for 20 and 40 foot containers, rail and airfreight and also is available in pallet covers.
How does the Liner work?
The liner is made of a a fully woven reflective liner that is hung into a general purpose ISO shipping container and allows for forklift, hand or slip-sheet loading. Once loaded it is fully sealed providing a closed off temperature controlled environment for the goods inside.
Independent tests results from the University of WA have shown that over 97% of temperature trying to penetrate the liner is reflected as is temperature inside which is trying to escape.
